Hi,
I applied for the canadian green card through Buffalo office. At the time of my application my child was not born. I have had a child after the medical.Just today i got the request to submit my passort for visa stamping. In the document it had mention that if I had a child i should not send the passort. As my child is a US citizen do i need to add her in my application. Can you advice what i should do now.

There is no Canadian green card. You are applying either for your permanent resident status or for a Permanent Resident Card.
I think you are applying as a Permanent resident.
You have to add or update your application before the visa is issue. It doesn´t matter if she is a US citizen. If you don´t, things will go south pretty quick when you try to land in Canada as a Permanent resident.
