In the current economy, an increasing number of Filipino temporary foreign workers are having their hours cut or they are being terminated.

This is a freightening situation .... but there is hope.

Recruitment Solutions International Ltd. (RSI) continues to recruit for full-time positions in the fast service restaurant industry in Alberta.

Does RSI also has a pre-arranged employment service for those who are not yet in Canada but have an on-going immigration application? Do they also cater in Quebec areas?

employment (in reply to: Hope for Unemployed Temporary Foreign Workers)
hi ron,

Does RSI help to land a job as a healthcare professional? I have a friend who got an employer from a nursing home in camrose but the thing is she was granted a visa but her employer withdraw their contract with my friend. So she had no employer by this time. What happen to her visa? can she work with another employer using that visa?

Misty, our sister company WorldWide HealthStaff Associates Ltd. located in Calgary, Alberta may well be able to help your friend. Ask your friend to e-mail me at rhoppe@healthstaff.org and we will see what her options may be as HealthStaff has several employers in Calgary.

Yes, RSI has a pre-arranged employment service for those who are not yet in Canada but have an on-going immigration application? HOwever RSI does not work in Quebec.

If the person needing assistance is in the Philippines, we have affiliate offices in Manila and Cebu that may be of assistance.
