I just talked to a friend "Y" and she somewhat had a friend "Z" who had the same fate as you are in now. Z was told to take H and C process but took a long time and was not that successful. Until Z lost the status.
If i were you, just gather the papers needed, and mail them to CIC Buffalo. Regarding the lost contract, cant you ask your new employer to just make a new one and sign it? I didnt have the copy of of first contract, but i just made another contract and my employer signed it. And i made sure, i have copies of everything now. Please photocopy -everything you will send to CIC-Bu.
You will use TRV application. together with it, enclose a letter stating of what really happened to you so that they have an idea. They will know it anyway using your client ID.
I read the checklist and it says 6 pictures needed. Just send 6. Its better that way, than lacking 4 pics in the end, and having your application returned to you.
I hope you got everything ready.
To that great helper whos offering "help"? and mentioning 5000USD. Forget it. You are a caregiver here and you earn as a caregiver. Unless you are rich, then you may go for it. I dont think what hes offering is, help to you, but help to himself to earn.
Great helper, why dont you just hunt for deers or bears up north?

hi great help,i apprecciate for your offer but i dont have that kind of money,i´ll just start over.you know us pinays send all money to phils. for family.
oh dont be like that i mean i know of someone worse than me,she went thru 3 employers passaway and the 4th one is when she got open visa already.

i´m in alberta.there is not much job in here so i rather stick with my boss for a while,well atleast untill i finish 24 months again.

hello i´m a live in care giver here at canada and i´ve just submitted my papers for permanent residency last dec.23,2009.now my employers want me to have vacation too at round july or august this year of 2010,now i have phoned the immigration and ask if i can go home they told me yes provided i have a valid passport,work permit and re entry visa,and i have heard about that cic buffalo thing were i can probably apply for re entry visa because i really want to go home because i have so much work to do in the philippines and its all emergency can u help me about this please if you could just reply me and advice me something what would i do,what papers or documents do i have to submit at cic woodbuffalo and how many days before i can get my new re entry visa.thank u very much

Hi there! I heard in one forum that she just received her re entry visa in a month. I bet when you apply in Buffalo they will mail it to you your re entry visa. Cheers

got same problem, im also a live in care giver from alberta and i wont be able to complete my 2yrs in 3years, i was told that i need to re apply for my visa and start all over again.can i also apply in buffalo? please help me..

its better to reapply than be deported! do as the CIC officer advised u to do! was not seattle is nearer from there?? u can apply there too! and yes u cn apply to buffalo gudluck!!
