If you want to get him here, STOP thinking a Family Class sponsorship is the way to go about it - that option is closed. You have taken that route as far as it can go and there is nothing left to try.

Hopefully your husband has some education, english skills and work experience. He can apply on his own merits for a skilled work application, a provincial nominee program or possibly a temporary work permit.

If that scenario does not apply to him, I don´t know what else to suggest beyond packing your suitcase and getting on a plane.

HI Sharon sorry for taking so long to get back to you , i have been in the hospital and just got out .
my Husband has Collage n Universary and he works in Marketing sales , he is Currently working in the optical field as a salesman . how would we go about getting him a skilled work application ???? i have just one more question to ask and i would like a honest answer Do you think he would be able to come on a visitors visa to visit , we have talked about it and he has promised he would return home after it ??? the reason im asking is im not able to travel at the moment because im under doctors care till i am better ..

honest answer... coming for a visit will probably be tough. another honest answer... I don´t think his skills are listed in the NOC list which means he will need a job offer to come to Canada. Lousy news on 2 fronts.
