Subject: Couple of questions re PR application for spouse.
I am in the process of putting our application for PR together for my spouse and I.

I would like to know if on the document check list if the item is not applicable to us do I just put NA instead of the X. There are 3 that do not apply to us.

Also I am just curious if anyone here sponsoring their wife from the Philippines can advise me if it is better to put an address in Canada where you can receive your mail from CIC or where we are living in the Philippines?

I have had several letters sent to me from Canada to my address in the Philippines, I believe I have received about 60% of them, the rest never did show up?? I am very concerned about having correspondence mailed from CIC and not receiving it.

Any opinions would be appreciated.

Regard,

Mr. Magoo

Stop cutting bait and Fish.

It took us less then two months for our latest client to be approved and they had far more hurtles then you have. If you have a quality address and don´t live in the middle of no where by all means use a Filipino address.

If it is really not applicable that is the answer you should put down.

Hi Roy, thanks so much for your reply, It appears I am procastinating but I want to apply as Common Law and although we have been in our relationship since January 2007, our one year co habitation uninterrupted will be September 15. So I am just going over the forms and making sure all is as organized and as complete as I can make it.

I appreciate your response and your many comments. Hope you are enjoying the nice cool weather in Toronto, it is just too hot here.

I will be returning to Toronto for a visit shortly after we submit the application, can´t wait to feel cool air again.

Regards,

Mr. Magoo
