Let´s review your case.....

Half of your family in the US (including mom)...family ties stronger towards US than Ca

Manager of a store..job can be interrupted.

Single..can get married in the US and stay ..Ca PR can be abndoned because husband can sponder US PR.

So ties stronger towards the US than Ca..that´s why your visa was rejected 9thinking with their dirty brains).

What should you do?

- Argue against all the above.
- Provide further evidence of ties to Canada including:
business possessions/ bank statements/ future plans like aacademic and career plans/previous entries to the US..

answer the questions before they ask them - that is what is being suggested. think of all the objections and address them one by one.

Do you have any previous entry and exit for the US? This might help as you will show them that you entered and left..

when you apply, there is a requirement for a letter of invitation. try to cover off some of the potential questions in the letter. create a separate page that will address the remainder. it is not a matter of rattling off a bunch of answers... it is a matter of putting CIC´s mind at easy by showing how their concerns are unfounded in your case because....1,2,3,4

They know that you entered and left US as that was a question on your application form.

The damage was done when you show strong us based family (higher chances of staying there). Officers don´t have crystal balls, they only look at odds.

You need to strengthen your ties to Canada before applying again. Once rejected avoid applying unless something changed. Do you own property in Canada ?

First anonymous is correct on analysis. You definitely have stronger ties in the US side.

Sometimes they just decide their mind within the first 2 mins, no matter what do you produce or argue.

Strongly recommended; DO NOT EVER ARGUE, becasue of that they may put a bar in your passport for the next 5/10 years. If they ask then politelt try to convince that you´ll come back.

Though your initial damage has been done; but still you can try to convince by showing stable job over the past many days..property ownership would help a lot, hefty banck balance..evidence of entering into any educational program in Canada in the near future...anything that can substantiate your return.

Thankyou guys for all your comments and advices i realy appreciate that. but i dont own any property in Canada but what i decided that i will write a cover letter and will pinpoint all the answers of the questions asked and visa officer might read those before making any decision. what u guys think ?
