| Subject: Application transferred back to Sydney, NS. Help |

I sent my application to Sydney for assessment. Then, I received a notice from Sydney to submit my application and my supported documents to Buffalo. Then, Buffalo, returned my application back to me because I did not provide proof I entered in the US legally for a full period of 1 year. I only entered with a 6month visa. Then, I returned it back to Buffalo requesting them to transfer my application to my home country. It passed two months and after contacting them, they told me that my application was transfered back to Sydney and if I had any other concern I should contact Sydney. Why would they transfer it to Sydney? What´s going on? Will take it a long time for them to make a decision? My occupation is the list of the 38. Also, should I wait or withdraw and re-apply? If I should withdraw, how long would it take for me to re-apply again?
