Hi,
I got my work permit just few months back. And I applied for my wife´s TRV but it got refused two time. The reason of the second time is as follows:
You have not satisfied me that you meet the requirements of Regulations 179; that you would leave CANADA at the end of the temporary period if you were authorized to enter. In reaching this decision I considered your ties to your country of residence/citizenship balanced against factors which might motivate you to stay in Canada.
Can anybody tell me what is the solution for this.??

Next time when you apply for a out of Canada work permit have her apply at the same time. Have the employer state he will provide housing for your family.

I got my work permit before my marriage. Now I am here in Canada and my wife is there in India.
