Subject: Why there is a confusion? Please clear my doubts.
Hi There! I recently married to a canadian Citizen. I am in canada on My visitor Visa. I´d applied an extention for my stay and my spousal sponsership application in a gap of 10 days between both application. after a month and half, I got my extention from CPC vegerville along with a medical form to be submitted in 90 days. They also filled the form for me and stated that my immigration medical test is for my permanent Residence. But in other hand I still did not get AOR for my PR application. As per instructions, I already done my medical test and sent the receipt of the Doctor alongwith my application. Do I need to do for medical test again? Can any body help to clarify my doubts? I also heard that spousal sponsership applications are processed in mississauga but on the application kit, it mentioned that application must be sent to CPC Vegerville. What is that Please respond.

You may have to check and find out if your medical records were entered into their database or not. Your medical person must have sent the records to their central office in Ottawa. If the records were not reported to the CIC by the Ottawa office, they might interpret that you did not do the medicals! Looks like a simple matter.
