Subject: Good health and Criminal Convictions
I am interested in the Canadian Immigration, and looking help and advice from experts. I am qualifying and have 69 points but I am little confused. Please, could you clarify me about Good health and Criminal Convictions?

I would like to know that I was in Army 1987 and unfortunately become deserter after re-join they dismiss me and send me prison for six-month. Now, I am confused and want to know that will it come under criminal convictions? Therefore, what is the exact definition of good health? What comes under bad health?

In last my question is that Am I ineligible for Canadian Immigration? OR Can I apply for Immigration?

Thanks for your time, and I look forward to hearing from you.

Best Regards,

1) your 69 points must also fall within specific NOC codes. make sure you take the online quiz at cic.gc.ca to see if you qualify.
2) military service concerns will depend on the country with which you served.
3) good health means you pass a medical and are not a cost burden or dangerous desease carrier.
