Is this my points, i mean what ever we have assessed while applying or THESE POINTS ARE AWARDED BY Canadian High Commission?

Thanks for your reply.
Then you mean to say, if CIC OR Canadian High Commission awards actual points, then the 00 (double zeros) next the present points will be replace by actual points right?
for example;
AGE (36) 10 10
EXPERIENCE 21 21
ARRANGED EMPLOYMENT 00 00
EDUCATION 20 20
LANGUAGE 16 16
ADAPTABILITY 04 04
SPOUSE/PARTNER EDDUCATION 04 04
TOTAL 071 071
and secondly any Idea on APRF PAID FOR SPOUSE ?
