Subject: How much liquid fund do i need to show 4 interview
Hi Folks!..can somebody enlighten me on how much money do i have to show for my interview?I have 3 kids and a spouse with me to go in Canada.I only have $4000 in banks,although i have a house and car to sell if i got lucky to pass the interview.Is that money enough for the approval?..Tnx guys!!

For a family of 5, you might need well above 25 grand. Having some of this money in fixed assets might leave it to the discretion of the interviewing officer, whether to let it slide or not. Preferably, they would like to see all liquid, readily movable assets. Well, good luck. With such large family, I hope you have a job lined up before you arrive in Canada.

Hi! again,,pls. help me to decide.I have 3 kids and wife with me to go in Canada.We have sched.interview this come Feb 2005.My worry is I am only $4000 liquid,although i had a house and a car to sell if i pass the interview.Is that liquid fund enough to convinced the interviewing officer?...Pls. Help!!
