That depends on many many factors, every one is unique and have different point of view, expectation.
In general; Toronto is the most ideal place for the new immigrants. It´s not that expensive (of course can´t compare with Windsor or any 10,000 population city). Most important for the starting immigrants should be; how to start a new life in Canada. This is not eay, there is no easy answer. Most likely case is the new immigrants need some type of local training.
I don´t know any other city in Canada that could offer so many diverse and intensive courses ideal for the new immigrants. Also, multi cultural blend is always a lucrative option. Relatively easy to manage at least some type of survival job. There must be some good reasons that encouarages 50,000 new immigrants into the GTA area every year.

It´s a good city but it all depends what you want, there ae jobs here but also the maximum competition to get those jobs, life is very fast and most immigrants just work to pay bills and time goes on.
if you want more relaxed lifestyle Toronto is not for you

My objective to ask this question is below:
I agree with the point that for new immigrant fight is there....at this time i am looking for long term good goal to achieve....If initially i fight to settle in other city then move to toronoto will again be fight for me....
So I am calculating the efforts to put in the right direction....as in toronto there could be lots jobs as well busniness opportunities ...
Please guide with your experience...advice...
