My case opened around a year back. Due to some serious problem in connection with health, i could not submit the updated documents. I got a letter that my case has been rejected. It is a genuine case of bad health problem for which i have got back up papers. From Doctor and my employer and also my IT return.
Is there any chance in my case getting opened on grounds of bad health. Now i am fine and there are no chances of the problem recurring. Please reply. Can my relative in Canada from whom I have got points help me in this regard.
