Subject: Applying via Warsaw office while living in UK.
  Hello folks,

I want to send my application for PR as a federal skilled worker to the Warsaw office (it covers the country of my nationality). However I live in UK. Would they question why I have not sent application to the London visa office instead?

The reason I am sending it to Warsaw is their faster processing time.

Your advice is highly appreciated.

Alex.

I believe Skilled Worker applications are now supposed to be sent directly to Sydney, NS, Canada from anywhere in the world. But if you sent it to a Canadian visa office overseas it should still be ok. In your case, your choices were the visa office in London (if you´re legally a UK resident for a year or more) or your home country (Warsaw). The Warsaw office will forward it for PR processing to Sydney, NS, Canada.
