I have obtained PCC from INDIA and Nepal..But I still not able to obtain PCC from Uzbekistan..Now can I apply without the PCC from Uzbeksitan explaining the problem.And can I submit the PCC later stage of process? Please help me.

Where is the closest Embassy or Consulate of Uzbekistan? Try the Russian Embassy or writ to the country directly in Russian. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/asia-pacific/uzbekistan.asp
Without proving all of your attempts it will delay your application caused by some clerk without common sense.

Thanks Roy.
I have tried through Ruissian Embassy too but consuler had told me that they could not proceed it because I was there after 1990.
And I had sent the documents to Uzbekistan Embasssy In New Delhi but they did not reply anything and I have talked with consuler but he told me that I have to present myself there and it will take about 2 months to prepare PCC it but it is too late for me.Now I am worry that it is just 2 weeks left to submit the appliation.DO you suggest me to withdraw and start it again.I am in dilema, I have prepare all the required documents except PCC from Uzbekistan.Please suggest me.

Send whatever requested. If you are not able to provide rest or in a timely manner, put your attempts (situation) in writing and request an alternative / option / delay from the officer. PUT IT IN WRITING and make sure your letter reaches the officer before due date.

i need also a police clearence certificate.Im currently risiding in dubai uae and i was studying in russia from 1992 to 1998.I really dont know how to obtain a pcc from dubai.I also heard that the russian consulate is not providing pcc.please if any body has any idea plz write,will appritiate ur feed back.thanx

Hi Iqbal,
I also applied my immigration while working in Dubai and was able to get the PCC easily. Go to the local police office situated around Naif road and explain them the purpose. U will need to fill-in an application and some AED.. all set. Are you from Pakistan originally?

I live in Canada now and have applied for PR in Canada.CIC of Canada have sent a link how to get information from Saudi to get a police certificate.
but that link does not show that,i phone them to Ottawa and they said they no more issuing and to contact our local embassy.but they also repeated the same.
so please let me know from where can i get a PCC from Saudi.

Dear Sir,
I am staying in Calgary canada and appling for the Parmanent Residence for the canada and immigration departemnt require Police certificate of Abu Dhabi because I was in Abu Dhabi.
I woul like to know from you information that what is the amount & draft require and payble to whom,
As per my information Bank Draft amount should be USD $35 and Payble to General Directorate of Abu Dhabi Police, please confirm by return mail.
If above procidure is not correct, please write me correct one.
