1. I am a Team Lead in a software company and got confuse - should I use 0213 NOC or something else ?
2. I am applying from USA - Shoud I send my application to Buffalo or Nova Scotia?

Get the application from http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.asp - it will state on the application where.
