The economy is coming back with a roar!

The Canadian Dollar has risen to 93 cents US. The recent seven cent leap in just a few weeks is to say very amazing.

Last winter we saw huge stickers placed on new home billboards saying reduced. Now all those stickers have been peeled off so first time buyers who waited lost on the savings.

The Canadian Finance Minister announced in Toronto the recession is over. People in Ontario knew this long before the MP for Oshawa (GM Town) said boo. No one here believes that the recession is over due to any of the Conservatives tinkering.

People in the GTA are happy and optimistic about the economy.

Vancouver is feeling the same. June real estate sales are up 75% from the same month last year.

My car leasing buddy tells me they have not truck inventory so the plants will have to open soon to fill the demand.

Employment is the last to come back and we could be stalled by the US still struggling but I think the worst is over.
