What would be more advisable if I would like to immigrate to canada? apply for as a skilled worker or via Family Class?
I am divorced to my candian husband and have custody of my canadian son.... As I understand... If I apply for a Family Class, someone needs to SPONSOR??? I doubt it though that my ex husband... my son´s Father will do that...
Thanks

(in reply to: Skilled worker or Family Class Type of Applctn) I have a similar question - I´m an American citizen, engaged to a Canadian citizen. Since Canada doesn´t have finacee visas, do I need to apply for a Skilled Worker visa if I want to join him there before we are actually married, or ???

family class (in reply to: Skilled worker or Family Class Type of Applctn) As a fiancee you would apply on Family Class, as a conjugal. Invite him to Vegas. Get married. It´ll probably be easier.
