Hi everybody
I have applied to Buffalo in Nov. 2004 and have not received my AOR uptill now. In the meantime I have moved to a new place. So i want to inform them about the change of address but dont have the chnage of address form.
Can anybody tell me the link for the form if it is available online. or can anybody be nice enough to send me a scanned copy of the form.

Come on, I submit at Nov 2004 too, my money order was cashed on 6 Dce 2004, I haven´t got FN yet too, I think it takes a little bid longer process time to FN right now, please be patient, no worry, person like me is waiting too

I am also having similar problem. I applied in nov-2004 and until today I haven´t received AOR number yet. I have already moved to a new place. So how do i change my address.
