Subject: Moving to Canada to be with fiance
  Good afternoon,
I am trying to find out information on the best way for me and my fiance to approach our living together in Canada. I am currently in North Carolina and an American born citizen. He lives in Welland, Ontario and is a Canadian born citizen. We have been together for a year but the traveling is hard and we have recently decided to get married.
I have a son who is 13 and is not my fiances son but will be residing with us as well as I have sole custody of him.
What I need to know is what we need to do in order for my son and myself to move to Ontario next summer. We are looking at July of 2010 so we can be there before school starts in September.
I will need to work when I am there as well.
Please, any assistance would be greatly appreciated as I am very confused with everything I am reading online. I am getting mixed detail from different sites and I want to do this the right way so we can be together with no problems.
Thank you for your time.
Best regards.

get yourself married and file an Outland application. Fastest, safest and least complicated.
