Hello,
I am in the process of sponsoring my husband to Canada. I am a university student taking OSAP. As i was told by my friends who sponsered their husbands here that i need to work for some time to show that i can afford my husband if he doesn´t get a job. However with studies obligations and the that fact that i can´t get a job anywhere due to job recession in ontario, i am unable to become employed. I need to know if me being unemployed will effect the sponsorship decision or process of my spouse?
Also, If my husband vists here to Canada what amount does he has to show in his bank balance (if any)?
