| Subject: What happens if I marry a foriegn student? |

I met her here last year at the university and we connected and evenually lived together till her visa expired at the end of the year. She is coming back next month with just a visitor visa, but if we decide to marry here in Canada when she is here, are there going to be problems?
I assume she will have to go back to her home country of Peru when her visa expires (or leave after 6 months of her visa). Are there other alternatives such as staying longer or would she have to be in Peru until she gets the Visa for sponsorship?
We might even marry outside of Canada such as Mexico. But I have no idea if that is possible either as we are both foriengs from other countries.
