Hi! Everyone,
Here is my situation. We landed in Canada and returned to US in November of 2006. We returned to Canada in July 2009 for good. We have a 2 month old baby who is a US citizen. The immigration officer at the aiport filled out the forms for him and said it will help in his immigration here. Could you please tell me the process for filing for my new bornīs PR Status from within Canada?

Your kid is with you an dis too little to be deported to his country, US. Take it easy and fill out the forms leisurely.

Sorry for mentioning "urgent" if I should have not have done it. I did it because its already more than a month we moved here and my new born does not have his health card yet. He will need the vaccinations and regular shots soon.
