| Subject: Worked before ..am I still qualified? |

Hi All,
I worked continuously from 1990 to 2008. My PR application was submitted last 2006 and already have the file number. Present status of my case is in progress. I received an info that I am no longer qualified once the visa office will actively start processing my case because I have no work now. Is this true?
I appreciate your input here. It´s almost 4 years now since I submitted my application.

I admire your patience. Things must be awful bad back home or you are high-spirited! Just hang in there and go about finding some employment and not worry about CIC until they contact you. Hopefully, by the time they contact you, you will again be working some place or other.
