Hello can anybody help i have sent my skilled worker visa in 3 years now and nothing mind you i sent it to england and im am wondering should i send in a common law app in. I seem to meet the criteria for a common law

look at the wait times for London and do the math. Are you one of the NOC38 that would be better off applying again as a skilled worker and get out of the old line up? If you are already in Canada, can you qualify for a PNP or Canadian experience class?


then ask your partner if she/he is prepared to take financial responsibility for you for 3 years after you land - regardless of whether your relationship survives or not.

then, if you still think CL might work for you... file outland.
