i would like to know if i have any chances to apply for skill worker program if 8 years ago i was deported from canada because i didn´t leave voluntarily after refuge claim was denied , is it after 5 years mine record will erase from the cic system and I’m clean?

It´s possible to return as a Skilled Worker but you also need an Authorization to Return because you have been deported.

hey did you find out if you could return to canada after being deported and if so how long or what did you have to do... did you have to wait so long before you could if so how long my sons dad is trying to get back in canada

you need authorization to return.
you will need to go to an embassy to get this.
do not try and re-enter without it.
