sponsorship is 2 part. what has likely occured is that the sponsor has been approved or denied. You will need to wait for a letter. If the sponsor has been approve the second phase is for you as the applicant to be looked at. The file goes to your home embassy for further review.

What makes it so clear Samm that this is a sponsorship issue?
Where does the original posting say she sent it to Mississauga CPC?
Since when does Mississauga CPC work so fast? Normally it is 43 days to approve a Sponsor!!! Not five days.
This is August 25th 2009 and I agree Canada Post is not the fastest postal service but come on almost two months to deliver a letter!!!!
More than likely the information entered in e-cas is incorrect since it is clear from your posting that you have not received any mail from CIC.
Is it a spousal sponsorship?
Is it a parental sponsorship?
Is it a sponsorship?

Ms. Sharon, made it clear now to me. Yes i got a letter from CPC- Miss, that says, approved and eligible as a sponsor.
It is spousal sponsorship.
Just wondering how my employment letter (from last year) and my pay stubs (from recent job) are included in the envelope. And the envelope is sealed with a tape.

APPROVAL IN FIVE DAYS GET ME SOME OF THAT STUFF!
FIVE DAYS and then all of a sudden after a whole month you get a letter!!!! Goodnight troll!

June 2- receipt of the application
JULY 7- started the processing and mailed the decision
that is NOT FIVE DAYS troll!!!

my post is kinda late. i know it is now august.
i got the letter 5 days after the approval as a sponsor.
i will keep you guys posted of the coming bomb.
