When one asks a question and expects a response one should put in more detail.

What type of application and how much was paid and where paid would be nice so others would know if you submitted to the correct place.

Client ID#s are given to all refugee claimants, persons on work permits, students, PR´s etc.

So if your legal you will have an eight digit number.

Client Number??? (in reply to: HELP ROY please or anyone else who might know)
Hello Roy,
I just paid my fees to sponsor my spouse. We both live in Korea, and we will send our application to Missisauga, Ontario. We paid $1040 for the processing fee ($75), principal applicant ($475), and the permanent resident landing fee ($490). I printed out the receipt and on Copy 2 it has a blank for the Client ID. What is that exactly? Do I leave it blank and later Immigration Canada will send me an ID number? I´m assuming that´s the case, but I want to confirm whether I´m right or not. Thank you very much.
