Hi every one
I applied for immigration of canada in Islamabad in 30 may 2007 that is still in process.
Can i apply under the new procedure while keeping my previous
application in process.

no. If you qualify under the new rules, I would strongly consider withdrawing your application and re-applying. Otherwise you will be waiting forever.
