Hi there, I´m bringing my wife over to canada and i have checked for one way airline flight but turned out to be that one way was very expensive , is there any way that i could buy her a return ticket from here (Toronto) and use only the return for her? or do i have to buy only one way for her?.

have her investigate the price of tickets from where she is living. Believe it or not, the exact same flights are often priced differently depending on where they are purchased.
usually a one way is as nasty as a 2 way flight.

thank you for replying, i did if i get a return ticket for her from here it´s about $1300, i checked for one way from here for her it was about 1800 and she checked from there it was close to 2000, i just want to know if i get her a return ticket from here and i will only use the return for her, anything illegal in that?

not that I am aware of. I am assuming you are sponsoring her and everything is complete. if not, border officials will want to see a return ticket.

thank you Sharon and Bill, and Stavrimacoku please keep your comments to yourself , Sharon yes i am sponsoring her i am a canadian citizen and she is in Syria, i will fly down there and bring her over, only concern is if i could get her the airline ticket from here as (return) cause it will be alot cheaper, diff is about $1000 between here and there, unlike some people i don´t grow money on trees ;), thank you again .
