I know some stories and some people. But the bogus marriages should not be defined under the narrow meaning of offering money. There are marriages which ended with couples living together and producing children but still bogus. The damage of that kind of marriage is shuttering and deeper. The person who pays or offers money could be in desparate need to immigrate or to start a new life. But those who entered the physical relationship and produce children with unknown future are deceiving and criminals.
This is not meant to defend the bogus offer marriages at all, but to broaden the meaning.

Any man who fathers one, two or three children just to get into Canada is not a Man!
What they are looking for is Bogus Marriage stories unlike the one above because how could anyone prove a man who was with a woman long enough to father children was in a bogus marriage. Common Sense. Stop being sexist woman enter bocus marriages too.

These sites are old and the reason for that when one gets tricked into submitting a sponsorship you get angry then you find out the avenues to get revenge are very tiny and long.
What I´m looking for is the person/company that puts others in touch with potential partners for a fee.
How does one find people willing to sponsor someone for a fee? How does one find people willing to pay for a bogus spousal sponsorship with someone they have never met?

This can be the most difficult question to answer, and the most difficult topic to present. People don´t do that in open day light/companies don´t do that either. Does bogus marriage exist? yes. Easy to prove? No.

I actually want W5 to discuss my case but don´t know how to reach it and feel to discuss the meaning of "bogus" may catch W5´s attention.
For anyone to "bogus" marry must be a painful decision. I would never even dream to try it. If it is "bogus", it should be trialed by court anyway if a citizen is involved. If it is criminal, do not assume it until it is proven. That I think is a matter of democracy and a matter of principle. My late bridge friend, a Belleville paper editor in 1974-77 named Dick Payne, once told me that Democracy allowed rights to criminals so that all citizens were so given. The same principle seems to apply here.
My case involved a pressuming "adoption" (of my son, with certificates issued by Chinese Government and Alberta Family) "of convenience" (similar to bogus in meaning to me) resulting two refusals of visa applications and an on-going 11+ years forced separation between my son and his parents, my wife and me. I am 77 going to 78, came Canada 1964 and became citizen 1971.
I understand that the family affairs, adoption included, are provincial jurisdiction in our federation system.
Can our democratic society and W5 understand me and help.
