Extension of visitor visa for my parents

Subject: Extension of visitor visa for my parents

Hi,

My parents are visiting my in Sep´09 and plan to stay for few months as it will be granted to them during immigration.

I would like to get their stay extended for Post-Natal care for another 6 months.

Please let me know, if I can get an extension for them for 6 more months?

I would be highly grateful for any advice in this relation.
