I have a friend who is currently a refugee applicant living in Montreal. He wants to move now to Toronto....will it hurt his chances of getting approved if he moves out of Quebec?

Look up the percentages of positive cases from Country ___________ between Toronto and Montreal based on his circumstances and what he alleges is his reason for well founded fear of persecution.
What any refugee claimant can do to increase their chances of a positive decision is learn to testify properly. To know their claim inside and out. Common Sense!

Tom is the sem shit different place,I do not think will hurt his chances ,
He has a choice when he move from Qc
1-To live his file in Qc, and go back when they going to call him for his hiring day, or if he can not go back that day I think they will do it with Video TV something like that, I do not know how very well
2-To transfer his file in Toronto, and there will have a new lowyer payed from Gouvernament and will have his hiring in Toronto (and like this Qc immigration will not get mad why he live Qc,I belive this is your wory is not it)
3-He should lie very good on the day of his hiring because if he trie to be honest he is gone REJECTED

Wow...Roy is a bitch. It´s a general question. Anyone who has been to Montreal I´m sure knows how rude the people are there and they think of themselves as high up and classy and better then the rest of Canada, but the place is dirty and they are 20 years behind the rest of the world. Plus Quebec has some different immigration rules.
Oh...and it is a friend...not me...I live in the United States and am helping him out. I think Roy needs an attitude adjustment (but maybe he from Quebec which would explain the rudeness and stupidity).
