Hi everyone, I´m new to this site but I really need some help.
Ok, here is my situation:
I have been in Vancouver with my girlfriend for almost 11 months on a 12 year working visa. I am a qualified engineer but I was not working in my field. And now, I have just received a job offer from an engineering company.
Is it too late for me?
What can I do in order to stay?
Do I need an LMO, sponsorship, work visa permit extension?
Can I apply for PNP? Will that help me?
What can my girlfriend do to stay?
My Visa expires October 14th.
