| Subject: will Uk qualification be accredit in canada? |
Hello
i had my education and my experience in Uk as engineer.
will i have a problem getting jobs there? will one says..NO Canadian degree & NO Canadian experience????

In medicine, training in the UK is recognized but doesn´t exempt you from taking the canadian certification exams..
This is better than other countries as you have to repeat the entire training!

Hard to say.
Depends on your field. If it is market hot then UK degree & experience are fine. If not then doesn´t matter. Don´t think about the professional license that much.
"NO Canadian degree & NO Canadian experience" - Yes, it is a bitter fact. Specially the later part, it even matters for the Canadian degree holders. No matter what field you are in, it is probably one of the most challenging professional market of the world to sneak in for the 1st time. Best way is to have an effective strong recommendation.
This fact can be multiplied man times for the ones whose mother tongue is´t english. As other than Quebec, Canada is mostly english dominated, immigrants from UK always experience advantage over the others. I can´t support with any report/stat; but I see sometimes that UK immigrants can find good jobs quicker than te Americans.
