Please can someone offer some advice . Myself and my partner have applied for permanent residency and have been successful in gaining a provincial nominee status. However the end date for supplying information is fast approaching and my ex is refusing to produce photo copies of my childrens passports which have been requested by immigration can our applications still be processed without this info ? shall we just post our application without them and write a covering letter? can anyone please offer any advice.thank you

Try more Honey then Vinegar which never works and if you still can not get the passports or a medical done you will have to exclude the children.

Excluding children from any possible future opportunity normally brings former spouses around.

Try to remain calm.
