Subject: processing time
  i submitted my decouments on december 2008 to my visa office as a new skilled worker immigrant to quebec.

most of my friends who submitted there decouments at the same month recieved there medical letter while my file still in process

can anyone tell me why they delay some applicant?

note: i tried to send emails to visa office but no respons until now and really i don´t know what i have to do(wait or........)?
