I´m sponsering a familly which is HIV posetive for a premanent resident in canada. would they be rijected a visa because they are HIV posetive?

I would urge the Govt to not only reject the AIDS carriers, but forcefully evict the disease-source forthwith and with no further regrets or considerations.

If the person you are sponsoring so a Spouse or your child - no rejection will be made based on their status.
If the person is a Parent of your or yourself - yes, there will be issues there. The only way to beat this is if the person is healthy and is not on ARV etc - this way they will not be a strain on our health system.
Please ignore the post of the person above mine... as you can see, discrimination and ignorance still exists in Canada unfortunately.
