HI!
I APPLIED FOR WORKING VISA AND MY APPLICATION REJECTED DUE TO REGULATION 179.I WILL SUBMIT AGAIN MY APPLICATION WITH THE ADDIOTIONAL DOCUMENTS, JUST WANT TO ASK IF ANYBODY HAVE IDEA THE PROCESSING TIME OF MY PAPERS?BEFORE IS 4 TO 6 MONTHS WHEN I FIRST SUBMIT MY PAPERS.DO I NEED TO GO FOR MEDICAL EXAMINATION AGAIN?
PLS. NEED SOME IDEAS...

working visa for Canada application.
TRV regulation 179,not satisfied that i meet the requirements....considered your ties...and so on.

I have applied for TRV and rejected due to Regulation 179. My question is how days/months it will take to reapply for another TRV?

you can re-apply tomorrow but I would suggest you find a way to satisfy the 179 issue otherwise you are wasting your money.

It would appear to me that there are many people receiving rejection notices based on Regulation 179, whereby the officer assigned to the application feels that the applicant will not leave Canada once entry is gained.
I have to wonder how many people are actually approved. It´s almost discrimination to certain races, as I see many Oriental and East Indian families approved for entry and they never leave.
Does anybody know if you supply a copy of both arrival and departure airline tickets, whether approval is possible?

I received the result of my application for a temporary resident visa to canada under File Number V100603042, but unpportunately the result is not meet the requirements under TRV 179, but im accomplished all the requirements that in your checklist. Why does the result is rejected? What are the possible reason? My question is how days/months it will take to reapply for another TRV?

i have applied for a single entry visa all my documents are completed, yesterday morning i have received my passport together with a letter that my application is refused.
i just want to know what is Regulation 179? how many month it will take to reapply for another TRV?

you have not satisfied CIC that you will go home at the end of your visit. you can re-apply tomorrow but I would advise that you think and plan very carefully how you will make the case that your request is legitimate, you have the money to travel, and that there is very good reasons that you will return home. otherwise, you are wasting your money.

hello... my husband and i applied for canadian visa..we have all the documents..but still we were refused due to regulation 179... we have the invitation from my auntie and uncle living there in canada ,wants us to visit them in winter holiday with our daughter who is a US citizen..but still we have been refused.... need to know what else do we need to support our application... we have bank statements and job and assets....what else do we need? to support that we will be back home...(pHil.)
