Subject: Parents sponsoringship
  to sponsor parents when the sponsor is from QC it takes just the [IMM 1344A as a first step and then the file will be transfered to Immigration QC.

my question is
do i have to pay all fees during the first step or only
75$ the sponsor fee for sponsoringship validation
please advise
