I applied for PR from New Delhi in sept.2004. In Jan.2007 I went in UK on HSMP Visa (as a dependent visa) and came back in Dec.2008 (visa expired). I didnot inform the embassy about this.
In July 2009 I received a letter from embassy that they sent me a letter in October 2008 for aditional documents. But in realty i didnot received any such letter because this is my permanent address and My parents and my family living on this address.
The other letter I received in July 2009 I misunderstand that 90 days start from July 2009 means 90 days elapse in October 2009.
Accordingly I m preparing my documents and now it is completed but yesterday I receive letter from the embassy telling me that your application has been refused because you did not send any information ,the visa officer refused my application.
Now what is the option with me. Please Help me.

Write a letter to Visa Processing center with your real problem. I hope it will help you out. Tell them that you have received the letter for submission of information now.
