Hi,
Pls help to review below proof of fund that I have submitted to CIC when I sent my updated documents. I am worry because my Consultant told me that I may fail because I can not show that I have sufficient fund. Since I have 5 fam members, so my min requirement will be CAD 22,865. Your valuble thought will be much appreciated.
Current saving : CAD 11,213
Fixed deposit : CAD 11,898
Car : CAD 11,568
Car loan : CAD 2,890
TOTAL asset minus loan : CAD 31,789

Hi there, Your saving and fixed deposit are countable.
Car loan won´t be any assests..that´s loan samelike housing loan. But Car is ok. For car, put the minimum value and I guess you need a paper from Car dealer who can confirm that price.

Thanks for your feedback. I have submitted all the necessary paper of my car ownership when I sent my updated documents.
