| Subject: Second Medical results not received! |

Hi,
I got a request from CIC to go through a second medical test on July 6th 2009 (obviously my first one had expired).
The results of my medical test were concluded and sent on August 31st 2009. They were delivered to CIC London the next day September 1st 2009. I sent it through TNT courier, and checked the status of delivery myself using the airway bill number.
I was surprised when received a letter from CIC dated on September 8th 2009 advising that my medical results were not submitted.
Now this might mean that the 7 days were not enough to put my papers in place and all, however, I need to make sure there is nothing wrong.
What am I supposed to do? Should I ask the clinic to re-submit the papers? Should I check with CIC first? What is the fastest means of communication with CIC, as they gave me 30 days only (October 8th) to send my results.
Please advise.

Musa, I´ll advise you go to the High Commission and have a word with them. They always say they don´t deal with enquiries but I can assure I have been there before to ask for advice on some issues. Are you from Nigeria? All the best.

Hi Musa,
Are you in the UK? If yes, just make your way to the immigration section of the High Commission at Grosvenor Square in London. It´s better to arrive there in the morning as there´s always a queue. When you get in, let them know you are there to make enquiries- they will oblige. Well, they did in my case.

Be sure to advise on the peculiarity of your case.
By the looks of it, the letter they sent you on the 8th of September may have crossed in the post but it´s always better to check with them.
