Hello Readers,
I would like to know if it possible to enter Canada from N.Y, without the visa or illegal, if I do land in Canada am I able to enter or do I have to pay my landing fee, very helpless need advice.

You can not enter Canada illegally. If you are not citizen from one of the countries that require visa to enter the Canada, you need visa. How can you apply for PR within Canada if you are there illegally?
If you are per example American, you can enter Canada and stay there up to 6 months with no visa required. After 6 months you need to apply for extention of your visa.
