Subject: changed the last letters in my file number to ROW
  Hi,

I applied to PR under the provincial nominee program in Ontario. when I received the letters from CIC they assigned me a file number followed by the legend [PN], rom provincial nominee. The arelady requested me to pay the right of permanent residence and I have done the medical checks based on their requestment. However, I just received a new letter requesting some additional information and I noticed that they changed the letters that follows my file number from [PN] to [ROW]. Does anyone knows what this mean?

Any help in this regard will be greatly appreciated...
