I filed for a divorce this month, and the divorce certificate is the only piece if paper needed to complete my application as a Skilled Worker. Does anyone think I should go ahead and file the application while divorce is pending, and send them the certificate later. Or should I wait for it, and submit all papers together. Please advise.

there are some documents that have already been filed for your divorce that you should have copies of. If time is all that is needed to complete the divorce... and it was me... I would apply now for immigration and include your current divorce documents. Attach a note stating that you will submit a final divorce decree the minute it comes through. The worst that can happen is that they will come back and say that you need to wait. At that point you have lost nothing.

Dear fake Dave Mustaine
If you were really "THE" Dave Mustaine, you would qualify under the special skills category where you dont need to score points.
You´re also using the email dave@megadeth.com which does not belong to you. This may be illegal under the laws of the USA. Do yourself a favor and stop pretending to be someone you re not!
For other folks on this thread "Dave Mustaine is the founder of one of the best American metal bands called Megadeth which is also one of my favorite bands. I really admire Dave Mustaine and seeing this post by some loser pretending to be Dave really pisses me off"
