| Subject: issue with sponsorship papers |

As I mentionned in a previous post, my case is slightly complicated. I am a canadian citizen working in the states and trying to sponsor my husband so we can move back to Canada soon. We are both living in the states now. This is the second problem that I am having while trying to fill out sponsorship papers. They ask him if he was previously married which he was back in his country for one year then divorced and left for the states. But we are not in contact with the ex who kept the divorce paper. Now when I fill these papers should I write the truth and try to get the divorce paper somehow ? Should I just say this is our first marriage for both?
