I need your advice. CIC Buffalo requested me to furnish them a copy of my IRS Processed State and Federal Tax returns from 2000-2003. They gave me 60 days to send them the documents. I will be receiving the copy of my Federal Tax returns in about ten days. But the copy of my State Tax will be sent to me after 60 days. The State Tax is sent from Albany.
Did anyone of you guys had the same experience? I am freaking out. Can I send them the copy of my federal tax then send them the State Tax returns after 60 days?

Here is what you can do...
Send whatever documents you have. Along with that write a covering letter that the other documents requested can take upto 60 days so once you receive the documents you will send them immediatly. Also mention when you applied for getting the documents and all realted stuff...
CIC people are a bit understanding in that nature... I had a similar case aand they were too kind to give me an extension on submitting my documents...
