Subject: Insufficient funds study permit
I have applied for an extension of my study permit. My dad gave me a notary letter saying that he will take care of me, also he provided his bank statement that shows he only has 2000 dollars available in his account and a 5000 dollars credit cards, when he printed his statement, he paid all his loand which also shows on the statement. DO you think that would be enough
Thank you very much

I had about $2k in my bank too and was worried it wouldn´t be enough but they said it was fine because I showed them my bank statments which showed deposits each month of atleast $900.

The bank statements were from the last 4 months. They say you need $10,833 but that´s actually divided by 12 months so you need bank statements that showed the past 4 months you had over $850 deposited into your bank.
